• Vehicle descriptions, mileage, and condition reports are provided in good faith, but customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle before purchase.

• Payments may be made via cash, bank transfer, or M-PESA (subject to applicable limits).

• A sale is considered complete only when full payment has been received and confirmed.

• RusAutos will not be responsible for losses arising from payments made to unauthorized persons or accounts. Always confirm official payment channels before completing a transaction.

• Delivery or collection will be arranged once full payment is received.

• Ownership of the vehicle transfers to the buyer only after full payment and signing of the transfer documents.

• Any delays caused by third parties (e.g., registration, financing, or insurance) are beyond our control.

• Unless otherwise stated in writing, all vehicles are sold “as-is” with no implied warranties.

• RusAutos may offer limited warranties or after-sales support for specific vehicles, which will be clearly communicated before purchase.

• The customer is responsible for verifying the vehicle’s condition and documentation before finalizing the sale.

• Once a vehicle has been sold and transferred, it cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases where RusAutos is legally obliged to do so.

• Deposits may be refundable or non-refundable depending on the terms agreed upon at the time of reservation.

RusAutos is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

• Losses resulting from third-party actions, technical issues, or inaccurate information provided by customers.

• Vehicle defects, accidents, or damages that occur after ownership transfer.
